Space Coast 1/2 Camp

Our Story

Remote Online Virtual Support and online clinics available anywhere in the Galaxy


Daily on line training schedules, Run - Run/Walk - Walk/Run - Walk
Workshops with guest speakers discussing topics:

Running zone shoe clinic

  • Injury prevention
  • Training paces
  • Heart rate training
  • Nutrition and more

Mid- week and Sunday morning coached group sessions

  • Fluids provided at all group workouts
  • Fitness, fun and group camaraderie


Sunday morning camp workouts. Most workouts will be at Oars and Paddles Park, Indian Harbor Beach or at Riverfront Park in Cocoa Village  Time TBA


Thursday evening camp workouts will be held at 6:00 pm at Running Zone.


More than a decade ago, Coach Bernie Sher an accomplished athlete and Iron Man founded this camp .  As one of the founders of the Space Coast Marathon and his Iron Man experience, it is his expert advice that drives the course, and shapes our coaching strategy of the camp to this day.
